We recently completed this project for Virgin Money in Fargate in Sheffield. A truly unique project, that required all members of the team to work collaboratively and proactively. We’re working in Cardiff!

Haywood House North Currently on site, we are monitoring the MEP installations in this 1800qm CAT A refurbishment in central Cardiff. The works involve a complete strip out of the aged chilled water fan coil based system and replacing with a new VRF strategy. The new system involves lifting units off the floor and into the ceiling, hence freeing up valuable net lettable office floor space. The works also include a completely new servicing strategy…
